If you
love the sport of hand gunning . . . H.H.I. is for you! In the summer of 2001 several members of HHI ventured to Mahlapholane in South Africa to hunt plains game. Mahlapholane is located in the Waterburg Mountains north of Pretoria. The hunt was extremely successful with four hunters taking around sixty total animals. Trophy quality was exceptional with the majority of animals record book quality. Accommodations, vehicles, guides and gourmet dining made for a very enjoyable trip. Another African hunt for 2002 is being planned for members.
